Because all items are manufactured by order rather than inventoried, PLEASE ALLOW 3-5 WEEKS FOR DELIVERY. All items will be shipped via the most economical means, usually UPS Ground. Oversized pieces (those 39" or larger in largest dimension or 30" or larger in least dimension) will be shipped by TRUCK within the continental U.S. at no additional charge. The price noted on each item is your total cost (excluding any applicable sales tax).

SHIPMENTS TO ALASKA, HAWAII AND ALL INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS will incur additional delivery charges, some of which may be substantial. These additional charges will be added to the cost of your selection at the most economical cost available. How do I know my transaction is being processed securely?

Customers enter the secure server when they enter their e-mail address and password (and just prior to entering their shipping and billing information).

Are prints and/or bas relief pieces available to be ordered without framing and matting?

NO. All items are sold framed & matted ("ready to hang"). In the case of Bas Relief items, the framing and matting is actually their protection. It would be impossible to ship them without the protection of the frame and mat.

Can frames and/or mattes be changed?

Frame & matte choices are available only on the Bas Relief selections. It is not possible to exchange the frame on any print.

Can images from the website be copied and used for other purposes?

Only with permission of the artist. You may call us at 888-842-9555 to see if permission can be given for the use you desire.

Regarding the print "Destiny": Who is the artist and can this image be copied for use in other items if not for resale?

The artist of the print "Destiny" remains anonymous as his/her desire is that the glory should go to the Lord for this piece. The Robert Spooner Galerie does hold an exclusive right to this image as it is copyrighted, and the publisher has strictly prohibited any reprinting or use of the image for any other purpose.

Is it possible to have wording of my own selection made into a Bas Relief?
